Refund Application Time: You can apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure the product is unused and retains its original packaging and labels.

Reason for Refund
Attach a photo of the relevant product (if applicable)
Refund Processing: We will review your refund application within 5 business days of receiving it. If the application is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days after approval, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Special Circumstances:
If the product is damaged or defective during transportation, you should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product so that we can provide you with a replacement or refund.
Personalized and discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
